Natpe 2013: ORF-Enterprise continues its program-exports to Central and Eastern Europe

Vienna, June 27th 2013

ORF-Enterprise has listed several sales in Central and Eastern Europe at Natpe Budapest, taking place from 25th to 27th of June 2013.

Due to the current situation the ORF-documentary "Nelson Mandela - A Life for Freedom" has been in great demand and could be sold to the following channels: CCTV9 (China), TVP (Poland), ERR (Estland), Metro TV (Indonesia), TV4 (Sweden, Finland), Times Group (India) and HRT (Croatia).

The world's grittiest gardening show "The Wild Gardener" will be continued in Russia and will be supplemented by the entertainment format "Magic Mushrooms" for First HDTV. NKS Russia is mainly interested in science-documentaries, "BioArt - Art From the Laboratory" could be sold amongst others.

Fox International Channels sustains the famous series "Four Women and a Funeral" with the purchase of the fourth season.

Sony Pictures International (SPI) is picking "Unforgotten" and "Burnt Hopes", new productions of the ORF-"Tatort-series": a package including seven films of the crime-series could be sold and will soon be aired in Romania, Poland, Albania, the Czech Republic and Bosnia. In addition to that, SPI assured the rights for the feature film "Baked Beans", produced by and with Gabriel Barylli.
