Tatort - Virus

Tatort - Virus

A black man, beaten to death in a quarry, is found near a small town. An explosive case in times like these. Two viennese investigators, Moritz Eisner and Bibi Fellner, are sent to the quiet little town of Pöllau to offer a fresh perspective on the case. The dead man is not known in town and has no ID on him. The 'Fluchthof', a housing centre for Africans, can't identify him. The founder of this organisation, Doctor Alfred Reuss,  has returned to his home town after years of working for NGOs. The autopsy not only reveals that the man must have already been dead by the time he was deposited in the quarry, but also that he was infected with Ebola. The diagnosis immediately triggers the emergency plan for highly infectious diseases. The town of Pöllau is sealed off. Panic spreads. Moritz and Bibi have to continue with their investigations throughout this state of emergency, while running the risk of being contaminated.
